I am back.

Hello everyone!
I haven't been posting for few months. Real issues, politics, other sources of isk income. But 1 december Dominion came. I am going back to exploration. I have already done 2 old new anomalies.
Thanks for reading my blog while I was busy and couldnt add new posts. I read your comments carefully and here I want to answer to your questions.

Will you tell us what ship(s) you fly?
I fly cruise Raven with 2 Large Remote Reps and sentry Dominix with Large 'Regard' Power Projector and Large Shield Transporter (only for emergencies).

Try DOminix with:
2 X Perma run Large armor repairer II
2 T2 Thermal hardeners
2 T2 Em hardeners
Amarr navy EANM
Gets almost double your listed setup tanking VS sansha

Dual rep Dominix is not best idea since I play dualboxing with Raven and believe me it is better to transfer cap to Raven and get remote repaired. Domi saves 1 more lowslot for tank. BTW in that comment time I hadn't skills for T2 hardeners on Gallente toon.

I've read somewhere before that a cosmic anomaly can escalate, but after running a ton of them, I've never seen it happen. Have you ever had one escalate?

Yes I had escalation once ("David & Goliath") but I fucked it up (my gallente toon was in another region, and caldari toon couldn't tank and had to warp out very soon. I asked friends for help but site disappeared...)

There was also one site quite different than I described: Sansha Sanctum.
I wrote there is 4 waves, but in comments 2 guys wrote that there is actually 7 spawns and much better prizes in the end. Well, maybe I had forgot to shot the structure or something but after 4 waves nothing more spawned.

Some of you wrote that you cleared a site with ishtar or myrmidon, and I did it with Domi & Raven. Well, congratz, you are more brave than me. But I can bet I did it faster. Anyway I must admit that most of exploration I do overtanked.

So, soon new stuff. For sure next week. New screenshots, numbers, conclusions and ISKs. And ADVENTURE.

Pristine Sansha Abandoned Colony

A lot of nice salvage, T1 and T2. First scanning results:

Now welcome page:

I warped to this site as usual, in Cruise Raven dual RR and Sentry Domi Shield & Cap Transfer. Just took kinetic resistance mods against Rogue Drones. Here they are:

Be prepared for 2 more similar waves after opening 2 random cans.
If you look at your tank carefully, this site is quite easy. There is no scrambling/webbing drone. But if you warp out when you have touched any of hackable cans, the site dissappear. You need about an hour do complete this site, including shoting Rogue Drones, and breaking into cans. As result, you get:

I did not collect drone alloys this time.I got 9 Intact Armor Plates, 14m each at Jita. It makes 126m when I sell them :)
Quite nice for 1 hour job. Good luck you too.

Pristine Sansha Dumped Cargo

I had no time to do any exploration for 2 weeks, but yesterday I clonejumped to my homestation and started scanning for space treasures. Very soon I found this one:

Interesting, I have never found this before, even never heard about. So I took my Raven and Dominix and warped to this site (bookmarked before with covops).
Welcome page:

Looks like CCP didnt fit the name well :P

No gate, 6 cans, and few rogue drones on overview:

But wtf, what is on center of the screen?

Good job, CCP graphic artists :D
It is Drone Structure, easy to destroy, no loot.

I started to open the cans, one by one. Only salvager was needed. No codebreaker nor analyzer. While I was opening the cans, 3 waves of rogue drones appeared, like this one:

Solo it would be hard to survive this spawn, but possible. Remember, if you warp out, the site disaappear, if at least 1 can is touched.
Finally I broke into all cans, 4 of them yielded in nice salvage, here is what I got in total:

Please note that Intact Armor Plates are 14m at Jita each. Other salvage is about 3m total.

I also sacrificed my time to tractor and salvage and loot the minerals from rogue drones, 3 strong waves + initial spawn:

Estimated value of minerals (at 100% yield) about 9m.

Clearing the Pristine Sansha Dumped Cargo took me a bit more than an hour. But it was quite challenging and profitable. Good luck you too.

Sentry Drones

What I must admit, the best skill I have already trained for pve and I'm most proud of, is Sentry Drone Interfacing V. This skill allowed me to use T2 sentry drones, which are best pwn weapon for killing belt rats in sansha 0.0. I mean set of 5 Curators II. They are killing way faster rats than my standard T2 Raven with 6 cruise launchers. What is more, I can fit on my alt's Dominix 3x 350mm railgun, tractor beam and salvager. Guns nicely increase dmg of drones, and I am happy with that. Of course you can say that faction fitted Nightmare is triple as better, even T2 Pulse Schorch Apocalypse is better. I agree, but if you compare cost of the ship+fit and skills required, to its effectiveness, Dominix is best ratting ship for young characters. Another advantage is micromanaging effort while ratting. I'll eplain it in tactics below. But now look at my current ratting fit:

[Dominix, sentry isk maker]

Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
N-Type EM Hardener I
N-Type EM Hardener I
N-Type Thermic Hardener I
Large Armor Repairer II
N-Type Thermic Hardener I
Magnetic Field Stabilizer II

Patterned Stasis Web I
Heavy F-RX Prototype I Capacitor Boost, Cap Booster 800
Omnidirectional Tracking Link I
Omnidirectional Tracking Link I
100MN Afterburner I

350mm Prototype I Gauss Gun, Antimatter Charge L
350mm Prototype I Gauss Gun, Antimatter Charge L
350mm Prototype I Gauss Gun, Antimatter Charge L
Drone Link Augmentor I
Small Tractor Beam I
Salvager I
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I
Large Sentry Damage Augmentor I
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I

Curator II x5

This fit is cheap and effective. I can't use large T2 railguns yet.
drone dps: 338
guns dps: 128
drone range: 65km
guns range 26+23km

What is important: Drones spread full damage up to 65km (thank to Drone Link Augmentor I, which gives +20km range), pure EM type. And that is great in sansha space, because sansha rats have lowest resist on EM.

Tactics:
1. Warp to belt at 0.
2. If there is any rat BS present, lock it, hit guns and release sentry drones, and order drones to engage target.
3. Wait until rat is dead. Do not move.
4. If any drone is running out of shield, scoop it and release again and reengage target.
5. Tractor beam wrecks, salvage them, and collect valuable loot.
6. watch local, read intel.
7*. if you want to kill frigate rats at < 15km, use light drones.

You can make nice cash from salvage, and reprocessing loot for minerals, except few meta4 pearls.

Pristine Sansha Ship Remnants

After a long break for my holidays, I found some spare time to go back to exploration again, for a while. So I scanned down a nice magneto site:

Traditionally "welcome page":

And here is nice picture of what I came across:

There were 6 hackable cans placed around the ancient wreck.
I started to open cans with salvager. No analyzer needed. After opening the second can, sansha guards appeared:

after opening the fourth can, next rats wave appeared. 2 Scrambling frigates and 3 battleships. They killed my cov-ops, I couldn't warp out. No screenshot avaiable, I was too busy watching my cov-ops dying :( But the worst thing, I had loot inside, my bad.
I came back in Raven, in the time Domi was killing the rats and collecting my Buzzard wreck. As a result of can-hacking I got:

Lesson learned: do not use fragile ships where NPCs may surprise you.
At least the loot covered the cost of my new Buzzard (with small rigs, this time).

Brokara Ryver

Have you ever seen Officer spawn?
This time I was damn lucky to get it. During the roam, I was scouting in an interceptor. After entering the home system of our enemies, I warped to random belt to try to catch any lazy ratter. My jaws hit the floor when I saw this:

All I could do with my inty was to scramble Brokara. But looks she's immune to e-war. Immediately on TeamSpeak I told that I met officer at belt and all warp to me. They thought I am joking :P They thought I am so excited that I see True Sansha that I call him officer. But hell, I killed dozens of True Sanshas before :P And I can distinguish facion spawn from officer spawn.

As the loot we got:
Brokara's Modified Large Armor Repairer
Brokara Ryver's Tag
True Sansha Large EMP Smartbomb
True Sansha Reactor Control Unit
True Sansha Mega Pulse Laser
True Sansha Heavy Energy Neutralizer
True Sansha Heavy Capacitor Booster
True Sansha Energized Magnetic Membrane
True Sansha Armor Thermic Hardener
True Sansha Magnetic Plating
True Sansha Radio L

Few days before our corpmate also had killed Brokara Ryver, in the same constellation.

In September 2008 I had killed Selynne Mardakar in the same system.

I Love Sansha :D

Central Sansha Command Center

So as usual, I scanned few systems, and I found yummy Radar Cosmic Signature:

Welcome page:

I warped to the location, there were 6 cans and few structures, and when I approached to the cans, missile batteries appeared:

I shot them all, and started hacking the cans with Codebreaker module. During hacking, 2 times respawned another group of 3 light missile batteries, but they did silly damage. Remember you can open a can, only if there are no rats/batteries on your overview, even if you have hacked into the can.
Site is doable in Battlecriuser, I believe. The only thing that takes time is hacking, 2-5 mins per can.
As a result, here is the loot from cans:

Please note that Occult Ship Data Interface Blueprint (4 runs) is worth 120m on contracts.
